Date Range Filter
This filter is utilized when a user wishes to search for an order fulfillment based on its creation date. Customer field is only optional. However, he must populate the customer field if he wishes to use a date range filter to find a record associated with a specific customer.
- The user must specify the desired date range in the "From" and "To" fields, then click the search button on the right. This action will trigger the system to begin the search process.

User can use magnifying glass to search for existing customer ID or Customer Name
- If the user knows already the Customer ID, he can input it on the field and press the “Enter” key. If a blue hyperlink appears next to the magnifying glass icon, it indicates that the entered customer ID is valid.

The blue hyperlink next to the magnifying glass represents the customer name, allowing
users to easily navigate to the Customer page if they has access to view customer
Information.

User can use magnifying glass to search for existing customer ID or Customer Name
After the customer field has been filled out, the user must click the search button located in the upper right corner of the pop-up box, on the same line as the "Created From" and "To" fields.
After clicking the search button, all order fulfillment transactions from Oct 16, 2024 to Oct 16, 2024 (same day) will be displayed.
To read the record, the user should hover their mouse over the specified transaction, which will be highlighted in blue to indicate selection. The user then needs to click the highlighted row. Upon clicking, the search window will close immediately, and the order fulfillment page will display the details of the selected record.
